The Company may change the T&C from time to time. The user’s use of the Website indicates the user’s acceptance of the T&C at the time of use.
The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage, including personal injury, resulting from use of this Website. The Company makes all reasonable efforts to make sure malware or viruses are not transmitted from this Website, however this cannot be guaranteed. The Company will not accept liability for damages caused by viruses from external links

Programme Content – The courses shall comprise of textual/video materials/exams and/or other components as decided by the Company.
Eligibility Criteria – The Company shall have the right to specify eligibility requirements for certain courses. No person shall be enrolled for a course if he/she is not eligible for the course.
Personal Use – The subscribers will use the course for personal use, and will not share the materials with anyone else. Any public dissemination of course material will be in violation of copyright of the Company.
Modification of Course Material – The content, schedule, assignments and course structure may be modified anytime by the Company without any prior intimation to the user, but such change shall be available on the Website.
Termination – In the event the user fails to abide by the T&C, privacy policy, payment policy and fee and taxes, the Company reserves the right to terminate the membership of the user without prior intimation and no refund of the course fee.
Specific Right – The Company shall have the right to use, retain, and publish data relating to the subscribers to promote the course in a reasonable manner.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction – The T&C shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India without reference to principles of conflicts of law. All disputes arising out of the T&C and use of services or courses must be subject to the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India in exclusion of all other courts.
Disclaimer – The user agrees and acknowledges that the use of the Website is at the sole risk of the user and that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to condition, suitability, quality and fitness thereof to the fullest extent permitted by law.
