Sreeheads CSC’s India operations as Managing Director and is also responsible for Integrated Workforce Management globally. Sree joined CSC in June 2013. As Managing Director, CSC India Sree is responsible for Business Excellence, Delivery, Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction of India delivery organization and business. As a Global Lead of Integrated Workforce Management, he is responsible for demand management, workforce planning, resource management, talent acquisition and employee skill development and learning.
Prior to joining CSC, he was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Britannia Industries, where he transformed the business model, turning around the organizational performance and culture. He has also previously worked at CA Technologies, Toyota, Phillips and General Electric (GE).
Sree has over 23 years of experience in global HR leadership positions, cutting acrossorganization transformation and development, industrial relations, leadership development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, shared services, HR outsourcing, analytics and change management.He is qualified in TQM, Six Sigma (master black belt) andchange management (Change Acceleration Process).
Amir Ullah Khan
Amir Ullah Khan is a development economist with a special interest in the Health, Agriculture and Gender issues. He is Research Director at Aequitas and Policy Advisor to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He is also a member of the Sudhir Commission set up by the Telangana Government to measure the degree of deprivation among Socio religious groups in the state. Amir is Visiting Professor at the Indian School of Business at its Centre for Executive Education. His educational background includes a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Osmania University and a Masters diploma in Management from the Institute of Management at Anand. He has a PhD from the JamiaMillia Central University at New Delhi. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Business and Law at the Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia and faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and the Centre for Civil Society. He is the Editor of the Journal of Development Policy and Practice published by Sage. His latest book, edited with Dr Rajiv Kumar is titled Education and Health: Special focus on Uttar Pradesh.
Amir is on the board at the Digital Empowerment Foundation, Aequitas Research and Consulting, Gyan Shala, Pahle India Foundation, Glocal University in Saharanpur, Presidency University in Bangalore, Indian Institute of Coal Management, , the EandH Foundation, the Open Knowledge Community, India China Economic Council in Delhi and the Welham Girls School in Dehradun. He is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society and an Aspire Social Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Fellow. He has also consulted for the Ashoka foundation, NCAER, ICRIER, Planning Commission, Oxfam, USAID, World Bank, CII, FICCI, GtZ and other multilateral and national development agencies. Amir also headed the Glocal University at Saharanpur as its Founder Vice Chancellor and President.
Amir joined the Indian Civil service for a brief while in the 1993 batch, then worked as Researcher for the Ministry of Finance, Government of India and the UNDP and then taught at the Indian School of Finance and Management, after which he worked with Encyclopedia Britannica as Executive Director and Editor. Amir also served as Director at the India Development Foundation and as Deputy Secretary General at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He then headed the strategy, management and policy division at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in India.
Prof. Neharika Vohra, Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, holds two post-graduate degrees and first ranker in Graduation and Post-graduation in Psychology in India. She also holds Ph.D in Social Psychology from University of Manitoba, Canada.
Prof Neharika Vohra has vast experience of over 22 years in MBA teaching, executive education, leadership development programs etc and has authored various books and research papers in top international journals such as Science, American Psychologist, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. She has been recipient of various awards and recognition in her professional field including 'Best Teacher Award' by University of Manitoba, 'Young Psychologist Award' by International Union of Psychologists. 'Learning Luminary Award' by OD Roundtable and 'Woman Achievers Award' by FICCI Ladies organization.
Ashok Pamidi has over 29 years’ experience in customer facing engagements – Sales and Marketing of IT products and services. As a Senior Director at NASSCOM he is the Regional Head of Karnataka for NASSCOM and oversees all the other regional offices of NASSCOM in the country. He is responsible for membership development across the nation and defines the expansion strategy for the regions and verticals.
Ashok leads the Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives for the country. He is well-versed with the industry ecosystem having worked in companies like Compaq, HP, and IBM among others in the past and is also aware of how strategies and tactics work in the channel, alliance management, enterprise and small and medium business marketplace. He holds a PG Diploma in Business Administration and has done his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
He has published numerous articles in the CIO magazine, the Economics Times and the VAR magazine.
Niki Kantawala is the Chairman & Executive Partner and litigation head of Aureus Law Partners. Based out of Delhi, he has an experience of over 25 years in trial & adversarial law practice, as well as in corporate litigation and commercial matters.
Apart from corporate, he has the distinction of serving several High Net Worth Individuals and public figures. Mr. Kantawala is known to be solution oriented, and is an arbitration expert.
The Firm practice verticals of competition law litigation, private wealth, succession planning, IPR and commercial litigation fall within his domain. He also specialises in labour and employment matters, and has represented many a client before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
He has represented various clients in big ticket arbitration matters, and has also been responsible for setting up various litigation practices of well-known law firms in the country as an off counsel. His team maintains an all year round presence across all the courts, tribunals and fora in Delhi.
He has completed his LL.B. from MS University, Vadodara, Gujarat, in 1989.
Swarnima is a Counsel in the Bangalore office of Trilegal and is part of the employment practice. She has worked with both domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of employment matters. These include structuring senior management contracts and remuneration policies, advising on effective management of resignations and terminations, and strategy for senior management exits.
Swarnima has assisted clients through disciplinary inquiries, reorganization and closure of their businesses in India, as well as on trade union related issues. She is regularly involved in labour audits for clients and works with them to rectify and deal with compliance issues.
Swarnima is considered one of the leading experts in the new sexual harassment law that was passed in India in 2013. She has advised and handheld several multinational clients in not only managing such complaints but also assisted in reviewing and creating sexual harassment policies and comprehensive guidelines for committee members. Swarnima represents Trilegal at NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies), one of India’s largest IT associations, and regularly conducts trainings on the new law for industry and employer networks across India. She was also invited by IACC (Indo- American Chamber of Commerce) and BPAC (Bangalore Political Action Committee) to speak on the challenges with implementing the new sexual harassment law and best practices that companies could adopt.
Swarnima has been recognised as a "Next Generation Lawyer" in the Legal 500 Guide for 2017 and 2018. She has also been recognised by Chambers & Partners as an ‘Up and Coming’ lawyer in the area of employment law.
Swarnima is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University. She is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka.
