Kalpana brings a diverse experience of over 25 years spanning Marketing, Sales, Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion.

She spent the early part of her career (8 years) in the corporate world in Marketing & Sales and then transitioned to what she says is her calling: Developing People. As Founder at Maarpidi, a Leadership Development Firm, she partnered with several organizations to grow their leadership pipelines.

Since July 2011, she has partnered with marquee clients in implementing their Diversity & Inclusion Agendas.

Parity Consulting & Training, which she founded in May 2016, has evolved out of her experience in training & coaching over 4000 professionals across the country on gender inclusion. Committed to accelerating inclusion that impacts business, Parity provides solutions that are designed to positively impact gender inclusion in the workplaces.

A Masters in Marketing & Sales, Kalpana is a certified Executive Coach from the Coaching Foundation of India, besides being certified in psychometric instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC and the EQ-i 2.0. She is also certified in Transactional Analysis (Org.), NLP (Master Practitioner) and Yoga.

As an Angel Investor, she invests in early stage startups.

She is Founder of Manasvini, an NGO that provides micro credit to women in economically disadvantaged areas of urban cities (www.manasvini.org).

She sits on the board of Durga, an NGO that works on creating safety for women in public spaces (www.durgaindia.org). She is also a member of the Core Committee at BSafe, a safety initiative of BPac in Bangalore (www.bpac.in).

Rajeev Shroff

He has worked with diverse businesses in the Telecom, Govt., Wireless, Venture Capital, Organic food, Digital Media, Micro Finance, e-commerce, ITes and IT sector; empaneled with CoachSource, CFI, PwC, ThinkTalent and others.

Fractional CEO at SmartDrive, Rajeev performed roles such as Vice President, Avaya, and Senior Director, Global Services at Oracle, managed delivery organizations with headcount of 2000+ in India, China & Argentina.

He is certified as a CEO Coach through CFI, member of ICF, and trained through N.E.W.S. Coaching, Switzerland. He has attended various professional programs like the Stanford Technology Entrepreneurship, International School of Business Growth & Thought Leadership program and Franklin Covey Focus workshop. He is qualified as an Engineer in Electronics & Communication.

Laxmi has over 20 years of work experience with global companies in India and overseas. She has extensive experience managing diverse stakeholders, and is adept at leading simultaneous projects aimed at increasing engagement, expanding market penetration, and driving revenue. Her cross-cultural communication skills and drive for results has helped her to thrive in high pressure situations, and innovate for change.

Most recently, Laxmi was the Senior Director at Yahoo’s Global Business Solutions team, and was responsible for planning and project management across internal business leaders, talent managers and external vendors. Prior to Yahoo, Laxmi was the first woman to be hired as an Area Manager at Dell’s India based International Services subsidiary. She has held senior positions in leading Direct Marketing and Express Distribution companies.

She is a certified Trainer, having led the Learning and Continuous Development team at Dell. She has led training sessions on leadership, talent development, global communication and diversity challenges in India and internationally.


Maragathavalli Inbamuthiah (Maggie)

Maggie started her career as an IT professional and after close to 20-years finds herself as an entrepreneur, consultant, writer, avid fitness enthusiast and a mother of two teenagers, two dogs and four cats.

She currently runs a group of start-ups along with her husband after multiple years of leadership roles at Infosys Technologies and ANZ. She is in-charge of Operations, Talent, Customer Support, Marketing and Business Development at Employee Experts, ProductLabs Solutions and My Campus Days.

She volunteers with Anita Borg Institute, a community with a mission to enhance and increase Women in Technology.

She wouldn't call herself a feminist but is passionate about women taking active charge of their careers and lives and strongly believes that now is the right time. Over the years she has witnessed the progress women have made and is aware of the long journey that is yet to be covered and the challenges that are on the way. Maggie graduated with an Engineering degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli and holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and HRM from University of London, College of Birkbeck.


Smita Chimmanda Potty

Smita has 16 years of experience in the areas of learning & development, psychotherapy, life skills and women and children’s safety. She has worked in organizations like IBM, Infosys, Yahoo and Intuit across a range of L&OD roles. As part of this, she has designed and rolled out women leadership programs and coached women employees as they pursued their career aspirations. She also has a psychotherapy practice and works with an NGO in the space of women and children's safety.

She has a Master’s degree in Comparative Psychology (Mysore University) and the SAATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy).

On the personal front, she is a martial arts student learning karate, runs the occasional half marathon and is involved in animal rescues around the city. Her two children enjoy participating in and helping her in all these activities and are often the inspiration for her continued effort in these spaces.

Meena has diverse functional and sectoral experience of over 28 years with leading Indian and multinational corporations. She began her career in Sales & Marketing, moving to Strategy Consulting, Executive Search and Human Resources. Her last assignment was with the Aditya Birla Group – a USD 42Bn conglomerate with diversified businesses globally. In her 11 years with the Group, she was part of the Senior Management team and was responsible for multiple roles. In her last role, as Chief People Officer - Textiles, Overseas Spinning & Acrylic Fibre Business she provided Strategic direction and led the HR function for the 3 Businesses globally. Prior to this, she was Group Head Talent Staffing & Employer Branding – Group Human Resources where she was responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand of the Group globally.

She has honed her skills and gathered valuable experience while working with, IBM Daksh, Cerebrus, Korn/Ferry International, A F Ferguson, CMC Ltd. & NIIT. She leverages her strong operating and consulting experience to influence and provide solutions to leadership teams. Her business understanding and process orientation enables her to develop and institutionalize solutions on a global scale.

She is an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has completed an Executive Development Program from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton Business School. In addition, she holds several professional certifications.

Rajiv Raghunandan is Managing Partner at seedX, a high touch advisory and fund raising platform for early stage & growth ventures in India. He has over 17 years of experience across business consulting, outsourcing (BPO), technology and corporate finance in a variety of organisations such as Andersen Consulting, Infosys BPO, InfraHedge (A State Street Subsidiary) and Arvind Mills Ltd. His longest corporate stint was with Infosys BPO where he spent 11 years building the business from its infancy across all aspects of the services lifecycle namely sales, solutions, implementation and delivery.

Over the last 6 years, Rajiv has also been actively involved with multiple early stage ventures in different capacities. Ranging from advising on strategy, marketing & operations to himself being an angel investor in a couple of ventures, Raijv has inculcated a passion for enabling success of emerging ventures.

Rajiv holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a graduate degree in accounting and a degree in management accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Shubha Apte

Shubha Apte

Shubha brings more than 30 years of business experience to her executive coaching, facilitating & consulting work. She has diverse industry experience having worked with multinational organizations, managing & leading large scale Transformation Programs, Technology Integration Programs, driving change management and quality improvement initiatives & setting up Technology captive centers.

She has also played an instrumental role in creating learning strategy, as well as facilitating organizational effectiveness initiatives globally. Shubha is an expert in Managing Change and Transformation. She is familiar with all aspects of organization development and has extensive experience and exposure to developing and implementing programs, which make a significant impact to the business and the individuals.

Shubha has worked with companies like Blue Star, Escorts, Motorola, Dell, Thomson Reuters, and TCS. Since August 2015, Shubha has been actively involved in coaching leaders, helping companies with process quality initiatives, designing and delivering workshops, evaluating Action Learning programs for corporates, helping startups with Organization Development initiatives. Her most recent accomplishment has been leading a “Women In Leadership” academy for Linkage Inc. in India.Shubha is passionate about developing women leaders and facilitating their career success.

She is also associated as a Mentor with Mentor Together, an NGO that helps young people with disadvantage backgrounds break the inequality of opportunity.

She is a Certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation of India(CFI) & Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching(MGSCC).



Savitha takes care of operations at Parity Consulting. As a quick learner and go getter and a flexible person, she comes with a background of teaching and admin experience.

Savitha holds a post graduation degree in Computer Science. She has also done certification in embedded systems, data warehousing and manual testing. Savitha loves spending time together with her son and playing badminton. Her areas of interest include practicing Yoga, Bharatanatyam and net surfing.

A rank holder in the behavioural sciences and with a Masters in Psychology, Dhanya has been in the psychometric assessments and leadership development space for more than 12 years now. Passionate about developing talent, she consciously chose to be in the L&D domain throughout her career. She began her journey with Psychometric assessments used primarily in selection, appraisals, hipot identification and development along with designing and running assessment centers. Later, forayed into Leadership development, focusing on designing leadership interventions leveraging on concepts from psychology and neuroscience. She has worked across diverse industries such as IT & ITES, Retail, Manufacturing, L&D starts ups including developing behavioural programs for adolescents in schools.

Not only is she certified on some of the globally recognized psychometric tools such as the PAPI 3 (Personality and Preference Inventory), Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), DISC, Chally, WGCTA (Watson -Glazer Critical Thinking Appraisal) but is also a Dale Carnegie certified Facilitator. In her previous stint as part of the global leadership development team at Cognizant, she was also the project manager of a digital learning solution.
