Vasunthara Ravichandran

With a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Masters in Social Work, Vasundhara is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. She has experience in research, design and implementation of D&I initiatives in organizations. Some of  her  projects include conceptualizing & launching of the women leadership program, co-authoring a white paper, rolling out a campaign focusing on subliminal messaging to drive inclusion, design of unconscious bias training, development of a tool to measure inclusion in organizations

She describes herself as an idealist and loves engaging in deep conversations with people. She enjoys reading and doing thought experiments.
