Respectful Workplaces
Creating a culture of respect and safety at workplaces is an on-going movement. As a service provider empanelled by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, we enable organizations to lay a strong foundation for safe workplaces in consonance with the Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. A survey found that 75% of people do not report sexual harassment at the workplace. Employees often struggle with articulating and identifying behaviors of sexual harassment. Unpacking legal definitions, our interventions cover the Act in an accessible manner and build awareness of employees’ roles and responsibilities, in creating respectful workplaces.

We equip IC members with key tools and concepts that can enable them to conduct bias-free investigations.
