He played a crucial role in transitioning finance & accounts processes to India while managing sales operations comprising Revenues, Targets, and Licensing. He also designed best-in-class employee-centric HR & finance.

He then joined Computer Associates as COO, setting up a greenfield project in India, turning around a lower performance product support delivery function in Chennai and scaled it to be a value delivery centre of product support experts.

As Managing Director at Allegis Group, he led various M&A activities and built their businesses in India. He was responsible for growing the business 10x during his tenure of 16 years at the helm.

He currently consults & mentors businesses to help them scale to the next level through his advisory and consul-ng practice.
